Restricted Character list

[Batman]

These characters have abilities that make them very easy to power play or god mod, therefore they are placed on this list. You must obtain staff permission to play these characters and they will be heavily monitored to make sure they aren't being abused. A character will never be banned outright, I don't feel that's fair to the players but If the staff feels the character is being abused you will lose the character. Characters may be added or subtracted as time goes on.
